AudioRMX is being developed around the idea that a finished song does not have to be the end of the process. Stems, multitracks, alternate versions, reconstruction and intelligent audio tools can open the original production again — without losing the musical decisions that made it work.
A song can contain more possibilities than one final mix.
The stereo master is one completed interpretation. Behind it may exist vocals, drums, bass, instruments, effects, alternate takes, stems, multitracks and musical decisions that can be recombined into something new. AudioRMX is conceived as the technical environment for working with those possibilities.
